(ANNEX TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SITE USE AND SERVICE CONTRACTING)

Privacy Policy and Information Disclosure

Learn In and other similar "whitelabels" are products that use the LEARNCAFE platform, and we follow its guideline for the privacy policy throughout navigation.

1. The User hereby authorizes LEARNCAFE, at its discretion, to preserve and store all Courses, Materials, and Content submitted to the Site, as well as all their personal, registration, and access data, such as email addresses, IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, date and time access information, among other data. The User also authorizes LEARNCAFE to inform and/or disclose this data in case of legal requirement or if reasonably necessary to: comply with due legal process; enforce the T&C; respond to allegations of alleged infringement of third-party rights; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of third parties or LEARNCAFE itself and other Users.
2. LEARNCAFE may use third-party credit card processing and/or online payment management companies, as well as companies to monitor Site traffic, which in some cases may store and collect User information and data.
3. Use of the Site implies the User's consent to the collection, storage, and use of the personal, registration, access information, and their updates provided.
4. LEARNCAFE may use cookies to manage sessions, navigation, access, and User registrations and store preferences, track information, among others. Cookies may be used regardless of User registration.   
   1. "Cookies" are small text files transferred via server to the hard drive and stored on the User's computer. Cookies can collect information such as date and time of access, browsing history, preferences, and username.
   2. In some cases, third-party service providers may use cookies on the Site, which LEARNCAFE does not control or access. Such cookies are not regulated by this Privacy Policy.
5. The User has the option to accept or refuse the use of cookies on their computer, regardless of Site registration, by configuring their browser as desired. Refusal to use cookies may, however, result in limiting the User's access to certain tools available on the Site.
6. Considering that LEARNCAFE may enter into partnerships with third parties, these may occasionally collect user information such as IP address, browser specification, and operating system. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information provided to third parties and stored and used by them.
7. The Site may occasionally contain links to third-party websites. LEARNCAFE is not responsible for the content or security of User information when accessing third-party websites. Such sites may have their own privacy policies regarding the storage and preservation of personal information, completely unrelated to LEARNCAFE.
8. LEARNCAFE may work with third-party advertising companies to display ads during your access to the Site. Such companies may collect information about Users' visits to the Site in order to provide personalized advertisements about goods and services of interest to the User. Such information does not include and will not include the User's name, address, email, or phone number.
9. By making a Course, Material, and/or Content available on the Site, the User understands that advertisements and Content are public and accessible to third parties, and may be listed in search engine results such as Yahoo!, MSN, Google, and others, as well as in the cache of these search engines, feeds, and other websites. The User understands that it is the responsibility of each of these search engines, websites, or RSS resources to keep their indexes and cache updated and to remove the Content from their indexes and cache, as LEARNCAFE cannot influence them.
10. LEARNCAFE reserves the right to retain information for the period it deems necessary for the proper fulfillment of its business, even after the User's registration is terminated.
11. LEARNCAFE may process some payments directly and also store Users' credit card information in certain cases.
12. The LEARNCAFE, LEARN IN and their respective whitelabels are a platform for open courses hosted under the domain LEARNCAFE.COM, owned by LEARNCAFE ENSINO ONLINE LTDA, a limited company headquartered in the city of Alfenas, state of Minas Gerais, registered with CNPJ under number 17.685.718/0001-61;
13. Information related to the Service is maintained in a database chosen by LEARNCAFE that meets current security standards.
14. The User hereby declares to be aware that LEARNCAFE assumes no responsibility in case of theft, loss, alteration, or misuse of their personal information and the Course, Material, and/or Content as a whole, including in the case of information provided to third-party service providers or other Users and in the event of non-compliance with this Privacy Policy by third-party service providers.
